A client needs to fully understand all the technology options available, benefits, advantages, disadvantages, cost components that are provided by multiple technology providers in the design coordination requirements. CIC-LLC consultants are the architects that integrate technology and assist our clients to understand the advantage, benefits technology makes available to build your business. Clients engage CIC-LLC for our expertise, time and resources involved in developing the (ISD) Integrated Solutions Design, necessary for our clients' technology business needs and technology tools available to them. CIC requires a Memo of Understanding (MOU) or Retainer Agreement (RA) establishing the task requirements and components required by clients. Agreed upon project requirements must be signed by an executive of the clients company to begin a project assignment. CIC can start a new project within two weeks after receiving notice to proceed and completion of agreement terms. CIC schedules may vary by the project and workload.
CIC provides a web based invoicing and payment system for client account billing. CIC will invoice client through our electronic billing system. Clients establish a credit card account and will be billed within 24 hours of agreement execution. Clients account for billing invoices are charged to a credit card on file for payment. CIC services are prepaid based on the negotiated terms of the assignment. All projects require a deposit to initiate the project and balance upon completion of the project specification requirements in terms of MOU or RA agreement. CIC Consultant Services are proposed on a fixed fee schedule depending on the agreed scope of contracted services.
